This website is operated by Geothermal & Construction Services LLC, Spring Hill, Kansas ("we", "us").
What we collect
When a consultation request is sent: the name, phone number, email address, project street address, city, state & ZIP code, project type, project description, how GeothermalKC was found, & any photos or PDFs attached to the form.
The date & time of the submission is recorded, along with consent to be contacted & the page the form was sent from.
Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages & protect the form from abuse. IP addresses are used briefly to limit repeated submissions & are not stored with the inquiry.
How we use it
To review the project & its location, to follow up about it & the consultation agreement, & to keep a record of inquiries received.
Geothermal & Construction Services LLC does not sell this information or use it for advertising, & does not add anyone to a marketing list without asking.
Who processes it for us
Inquiries pass through service providers that host the website, route the inquiry, store customer records & deliver email. [PROCESSORS TO CONFIRM, for example: website host, n8n (workflow automation), HubSpot (customer records), email provider.] They process the information on our behalf.
How long we keep it

Analytics & cookies
This draft site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added, this notice will be updated before they go live, & personal details from the inquiry form will not be sent to them.
Access, correction & deletion
