GeothermalKC digs, grades & prepares the site with its own CAT 304 compact excavator & Bobcat MT100 mini track loader, then carries the project through to the finished build in house: foundations, walls, drainage, driveways, outbuildings, additions & geothermal systems.

Width of the narrowest gate, gap or path the equipment has to pass through
Slopes, soft or wet ground, & where a trailer can unload
Overhead lines, trees, fences, septic systems, wells & irrigation
Underground utilities: locates are required before digging
Where excavated soil goes: kept on site, spread, or hauled away
